Last September 22, we lost a dear church planter named Pastor Jessa Lachica, assigned at Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro. She’s the youngest daughter of Rev. Salvador and Clarita Lachica. She’s resilient and strong in the Lord. She had a big heart for church planting seen in her own church and in more than ten cell churches she supervised.

JECPP Founding Chair Rev. Robert Lim spent three days ministering to more than 90 young people from Central and Eastern Visayas in Minglanilla, Cebu for the annual youth conference last April. Together with him were the new Regional Director Rev. Renante Subong and the new Deputy Director Rev. Gerry Fernandez and other leaders who made sure the young people enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, encouraging messages, wholesome fellowship, joyful praise and worship, and more.
It was a picture-perfect moment last July 15, 2016 when 13 new graduates of the Tribal Workers Intensive Training (TWIT) proudly smiled and posed for a memorable start of their missions journey. Graduation is not the end; it’s the beginning. But before they would step into a new level of commitment, the supportive family, friends and mentors came to witness the graduation event. This is an exhilarating time when one receives honor before God in the presence of many witnesses.
That kind of thirst and hunger filled every heart of seventy-five young campers all set for the Transformakers Camp 2016. The will to get revived fueled God’s touch, the only hope of transformation in our lives.On
After almost eight months of building, the nearly completed building of Evangel Family Church-Carmen was dedicated to the Lord last June 19, 2016 by Regional Director for Southern Mindanao, Rev. Peter Wee. Church members together with the members of their four cell churches rejoiced with Pastor Evelyn Calamba and Pastor Mabel Miraflor.
We are very glad to announce that JECPP has installed two Co-Vice Chairmen, in the persons of Rev. Benjamin Chavez and Rev. Jay Bautista on the 15 June, 2016 at the First Touch Church in Cebu City. Along with this event was the installation of our 5 Deputy Directors namely: Rev. Tony Angelias (SM), Rev. Roberto Padinit (NM), Rev. Virgilio Fabales (WV), Rev. Gerry Fernandez (CEV) and Rev. Jetro Novero (LUZON).
EFC- DAVAO Children’s Ministry’s series of summer activities highlights the Bushido Self-Defense for Boys and Creative Craftsmanship Workshop for Girls conducted last May 21, 2016 where a total of 14 boys and 22 girls actively participated.
