Pastor Jetro is a graduate of Bachelor of Theology at Mount Apo Alliance Bible College in Makilala, North Cotabato. Now working with JECPP, Pastor Jetro and his wife, Rev. Annaliza Gaisen Novero, and son, Raeuelle Ken, are working steadfastly in Evangel Family Church Bauang, San Fernando City, reaching out particularly in the Cordillera Region and neighboring towns.
