Nestled in the heart of Jaro, Iloilo city, JTCM stands as a testament to JECPP’s commitment to equipping the next generation of spiritual leaders. Under the wise stewardship of JECPP Chairman Rev. Benjie Chavez, and bolstered by the unwavering support of Rev. Dr. Robert Lim and the esteemed spiritual leaders, JTCM emerges as a sanctuary for aspiring missionaries.
At this pivotal juncture, four courageous souls have answered the divine call and embarked on a transformative journey within the halls of JTCM. Over the course of nine months, these young individuals will undergo rigorous training, both in spiritual fortitude and practical ministry skills. Guided by seasoned mentors and immersed in a nurturing environment, they will emerge as beacons of light in a world yearning for hope and salvation.
As these future laborers prepare to embark on their sacred mission, JECPP stands firm in its commitment to sow the seeds of faith, nurture discipleship, and reap the bountiful harvest ordained by the Almighty. For in the words of Matthew 9:37, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few,” and JECPP, through JTCM, endeavors to bridge this gap, ensuring that the fields of God’s kingdom are tended to with fervent dedication and unwavering resolve.

However, a moment of discord within the church community led her down a path of estrangement, causing her to stray from the teachings she once held dear. In this period of distance, she found solace in a life that deviated from the divine standard, grappling with an identity crisis that led her to embrace a lifestyle incongruent with her upbringing. High school brought about a tumultuous period of self-exploration, during which she found herself embracing a lesbian identity and indulging in a carefree existence filled with vices.
Yet, beneath the facade of liberation, she harbored a profound sense of emptiness and longing, a nagging feeling that something essential was missing from her life. It was in the depths of this inner turmoil that she felt a stirring within her soul, a compelling urge to reconnect with her spiritual roots and seek redemption in the eyes of God.

However, amidst the chaos of his former life, a divine encounter shattered the shackles of his past and set his soul ablaze with newfound purpose. Transformed from a man synonymous with conflict into a shining beacon of hope within his community, Mark Andrew emerged as a living testament to the miraculous power of spiritual renewal.

His life is one of profound transformation and unwavering faith. Growing up amidst the tumult of Mindanao in Davao del Norte, he was ensnared in a cycle of rebellion and despair. Witnessing the violence and turmoil within his own home left him with scars that ran deep.
But amidst the darkness, a glimmer of hope emerged. Through the message of salvation brought by a pastor in a divine dream, Jaime’s mother found solace in Christ, setting their family on a path of redemption.
Guided by his burgeoning relationship with God, Jaime embarked on a journey of spiritual autonomy, finding sustenance in the Word of God and a deep compassion for those lost in the wilderness of life.
As the call to serve God grew louder within him, Jaime made a solemn decision to surrender himself to divine purpose. With unwavering resolve, he embraces the unknown, confident in the unwavering faithfulness of the God he serves.

Before encountering Christ, he lived in ignorance of God’s ways, indulging in a life of sin without understanding its consequences. However, a Bible study near his home became a pivotal moment in his life. Invited by the pastor to join, he encountered Christ and accepted Him as his Lord and Savior, finding the joy and fulfillment he had been searching for.
From that moment on, his relationship with God blossomed, and he began to experience a deepening revelation of God’s truths. A burden for the lost weighed heavily on his heart, but he lacked direction on how to address it until he learned about ministry.
As he grew in his faith, so did his burden for the lost. Eventually, he made the life-altering decision to surrender himself to the Lord’s call for full-time ministry. Now, he finds himself in JTCM, undergoing rigorous training to prepare him for the significant task that lies ahead. His journey is a testament to the transformative power of Christ and the call to serve others with unwavering faith and dedication.
