The Evangel Family Church Luzon community gathered for a meaningful three-day Family Camp held at Rainbow Church in Mexico, Pampanga, from April 1 to 3, 2026. Centered on the theme “Empowered Today, Lead Tomorrow,” the event became a powerful and transformative experience that united believers in faith, fellowship, and spiritual renewal. Throughout the camp, participants encountered moments of deep reflection, heartfelt worship, and life-changing messages that strengthened their calling and prepared them to lead with renewed purpose.
From the moment delegates arrived at the retreat venue, a sense of excitement and anticipation filled the atmosphere. There was a shared expectation that God would move powerfully among them. The smooth registration process and room assignments provided opportunities for early connection, allowing participants to build relationships and foster a sense of belonging even before the official program began.
The camp officially opened with an orientation led by Evangel Family Church Quezon City, where the schedule and guidelines were presented clearly. This was followed by engaging team-building activities that encouraged collaboration, unity, and camaraderie. These moments not only brought joy and laughter but also created a welcoming and supportive environment where participants felt comfortable sharing their thoughts and experiences in the days ahead.
The first service featured an inspiring message from Pastor Leon Engreso titled “The Call.” His message set a powerful tone for the entire retreat, urging attendees to recognize their divine calling and embrace their roles as leaders within their communities. Drawing parallels to Moses, he reminded everyone that they too were chosen and equipped to lead with faith, purpose, and dedication. His exhortation laid a strong spiritual foundation for the sessions that followed.
In the second service, Pastor Jenniboy Cose delivered a heartfelt message titled “When God Seems Distant.” He spoke about the moments in life when believers may feel disconnected from God, especially during trials and uncertainties. Yet, he emphasized the truth that God’s presence remains constant and near, even when it is not felt. His message encouraged participants to hold on to their faith and trust in God’s unfailing love, offering comfort and reassurance to many.
The following session featured Pastor Jubert Cose, who shared a powerful message entitled “The Anointing is the Key to Experiencing New Beginnings.” He encouraged delegates to embrace God’s anointing as a source of empowerment for transformation and renewal. He explained that through this anointing, believers are enabled to step boldly into new seasons of growth, leaving behind past limitations. His message inspired participants to move forward with courage and confidence in their spiritual journey.
In the final service, Pastor Jetro Novero delivered a compelling message titled “Ready, Faithful, and Generous Until He Comes.” He challenged participants to remain steadfast in their faith, committed in service, and faithful stewards of God’s blessings. Emphasizing the importance of generosity, he encouraged everyone to live with open hands and willing hearts—ready to serve, give, and love others wholeheartedly. His message called the delegates to live with an eternal perspective, faithfully prepared for Christ’s return.
One of the most profound moments of the retreat was the water baptism ceremony. This sacred event symbolized the renewed commitment of several participants who chose to publicly declare their faith in Christ. It was a deeply moving conclusion to the camp, representing spiritual rebirth and the beginning of a new chapter in their walk with God.
Family Camp 2026 left a lasting impact on all who attended. Through the powerful messages of Pastor Leon Engreso, Pastor Jenniboy Cose, Pastor Jubert Cose, and Pastor Jetro Novero, participants were not only strengthened in their faith but also empowered to lead with boldness, purpose, and compassion. As the delegates departed, they carried with them a renewed sense of calling—ready to live transformed lives and make a meaningful difference in their communities.
