Believing in prayer as the foundation of the JECPP Organization, Rev. Chuck Chua called for another Prayer Walk. Yet, it is in these simplest of endeavours that we see God’s divine intervention.

It was in one of the Prayer walks of last year that a church member from Evangel Iloilo testified of how she prayed earnestly for a child during her prayer walk, reminding us of Hannah of the Bible ... and how astonishingly within a few months from the date she was able to conceive after a period of infertility. This is but one of those many answered prayers, testifying of God’s inherent goodness to us ward!

Truly, He is faithful...and as we look back at the JECPP Organization through the years, we surmise that all these had to do with prayers! Pas. Jessie Yu, upon counting the total number of people who participated in this September’s prayer walk from the four regions combined, announced it totalled up to 1639! To God be the glory indeed!

So in the early morning of that Saturday, God’s people who would’ve slept a few extra hours being the weekend and all... opted otherwise ... walking a few blocks, sacrificing sweat and a few extra pounds, for an hour... and jointly believing God for the miraculous!

...a hearty breakfast would be the fitting end to a prayer packed day, and gathered together prayer warriors all... we offered thus our thanksgiving to God, who we knew heard our prayers!
