It was the second ‘Encounter Retreat for this section conducted by Pas. Tohnee Lim, held in Libertad, Antique.  Since the last retreat, the missions work has definitely taken off to very positive feedback. God has definitely been opening doors congruent with the anointing, and the Gospel is being sowed into fertile ground!

It was in this light, that the Antique section called for another retreat, to bring about the same level of revival to their workers, and which saw about the gathering of 60 fresh delegates for the two day session. All the session were well received, and agreeably the session on ‘deliverance’ and the ‘Father’s love’ would touch a similar cord in all their hearts. Thus, breaking free from the shackles that has kept them bound, they reveled in the grace and the awesome presence of the Holy One!

It was this ‘ignition’ that they needed, an upsurging of the Spirit brought about by His anointing.  We witnessed God baptise His people for service, working an inner transformation that would bring about a boldness to carry out His work!

In two short days God prepared His people for the inevitable, and to carry out the inevitable in His strength. Having witnessed God move upon men’s hearts, we are believing God for might and wondrous things to come, as a result of this touch!
